Rent is £750+bills (~£140) a month and will be an existing contract, just need to pass references, credit and affordability checks with the agent.
No students.
Deposit is actually £913 as the house is rented as a whole, not by room.
Location is a 7 min walk from the Canada Water tube station and close to a big Tesco. We have off street parking and a garden!
