Room Available in Canada Water/Rotherithe

Hi,

We are two working professionals living in a 3 bed flat, looking for a third flatmate to join us from the start of August, as one of our flatmates is moving out.

We are looking for a working professional (or even a student) to join us in sharing the flat.

It's a great location in terms of commute (Canada Water Station and Rotherhithe station both under 10 minutes of a walk). The Surrey Quays shopping mall is also a 10 minute walk, with a Tesco Extra for shopping. There is also a Sainsbury local outside the Canada Water Station. There is a Nisa local outside the Rotherhithe station.

20 minute walk from London Bridge and easy access to Central London.

There is a Puregym 15 min of a walk away, and the Canada Water leisure centre is also a 10 min walk away (badminton, swimming).

The flat is on the first floor. The room has a double bed, cupboard and built in storage space. The kitchen and bathroom are shared.
