Room with private bathroom (not ensuite)

Hello! Unfortunately right now I only have a video of the house. I took some horrible screenshots of it but i can send you the full video and I will have more pictures soon. Me and my boyfriend are moving this beautiful apartment in canada waier and we are looking for a flatmate (also couples are welcome, but in that case we would like to split the rent more equally, reaching 1333). The house is modern and very bright. The building has a gym a tennis court and a concierge 24/7 a very small shop and an are for working and socializing. Me and my boyfriend are 25, Italian young professionals who are looking for a clean flatmate(s) who is ok with us hosting dinner from time to time. Some of the furniture belongs to the current tenant but the house is partly furnished.
