Room Available – Canada Water (2 Bed, 2 Bath Apartment)

We’re looking for a new flatmate to take over one bedroom in our furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, just opposite Canada Water Station, which has excellent connections. The flat is in Zone 2 on the Jubilee Line, just one stop from Canary Wharf and two stops from London Bridge. You can also catch the London Overground from Canada Water, Surrey Quays, or Rotherhithe.

The tenancy is for the whole apartment, but as one of the current tenants is moving out, we’re looking for someone to replace them and join the remaining tenant. The contract is not suitable for a short-term tenancy (less than 1 year). You’ll be sharing the apartment with a 31-year-old finance professional who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

The room is available from the end of August, although the move-in date is flexible and can be discussed.

The available room is bright, offers a lovely view, and comes with access to a large private bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished and located on the 10th floor.

Charges for advertised room:
Rent: £1,325 per month
Bills: Approximately £180 per month on average, including utilities, internet, and Council Tax (band E).
