Hi all! My housemate is moving out end of October for a job opportunity in Poland, so his room is up for grabs.

🛏️ The room: Large double room with a double bed and small desk included, plus space for extra furniture if needed. Full of natural light with amazing views of the river and Canary Wharf (pictured). Shared bathroom + 2 separate toilets, so no morning queues.

💷 Rent: £990pcm single / £1100pcm couple. Bills split - average totals have been (elec ~£90/mo, internet £15/mo, water ~£192/6mo, council tax ~£197/mo).

📍 Location: Right on the river facing Canary Wharf. 10 min bus ride from Canada Water tube/Rotherhithe overground, 5 min walk to the ferry across to Canary Wharf. Parking available. Backs onto a lovely ecological park (lakes, birds), close to Surrey Docks Farm's café. Central without the chaos — I regularly run to Tower Bridge in 15-20 min.

🙋‍♂️ About me: I'm Tim, originally from Australia, working in the medical industry. My girlfriend Abbey visits regularly. Into travel, running, gym, board games nights, and arts and crafts. Social but respect everyone's downtime too.
