Spacious furnished double room in a bright, airy house in a gated community, just a 6-minute walk from Canada Water station 🌿

The room is a really generous size with two Juliet balconies and plenty of natural light. There’s more than enough space for a desk and to comfortably work from home without the bedroom feeling cramped. You’ll share a bathroom with just one other girl, and there’s also a separate guest bathroom.

The house itself is really spacious, with a large living room that’s great for hosting, plus balconies off both the kitchen and living room. The whole house gets loads of natural light and has a lovely open, airy feel.

There’s also a free parking space, which you can use if you have a car or for friends and family when they visit — a big bonus for the area!

You’ll be living with a group of friendly young professionals who are all friends and get on really well. Everyone is busy with work and has their own life, but we also enjoy hanging out in the evenings occasionally, having dinner together or watching something in the living room. It’s a really friendly environment if you’d like to make friends, but equally there’s no pressure to be social all the time and everyone respects each other’s space.

The location is amazing — Canada Water station is only a 6 minute walk away, with both the Jubilee line and Overground making it really easy to get around London. The area itself is lovely, with cute cafés and plenty going on locally. It’s also great if you enjoy running or walking — you can run to Tower Bridge in around 20 minutes.

For groceries, Sainsbury’s is around a 6-minute walk away, with a large Tesco and retail park about 9 minutes away.
