The room & house

The room is a really generous size, with two Juliet balconies and lots of natural light. It’s fully furnished with plenty of room for a desk, so is great for working from home.

The house is bright, airy and spacious, with a large living room that’s great for hosting. There are also balconies off both the kitchen and living room.

Who you’ll live with

You’ll be living with a group of friendly young professionals who are all friends and get on really well. Everyone is busy with work and has their own life, but we’ll also occasionally have dinner together, watch something or hang out in the evenings.

It’s a friendly environment if you’d like to make friends, while also being very relaxed – there’s no pressure to be social and everyone respects each other’s space.

Location

Canada Water station is just a 6-minute walk, with the Jubilee line and Overground making it really easy to get around London.

The area has lots of cute cafés and things going on locally, and is great for walking and running – you can run to Tower Bridge in around 20 minutes.

Sainsbury’s is around a 6-minute walk away, with a large Tesco and retail park about 9 minutes away.
