I am looking for someone to replace me in a 4 bed house, just a 15 minutes walk from Canada Water Station. It's a town house split across 3 levels with 2 bedrooms on 1st and 2nd floor. There are 2 shared bathrooms between 3 bedrooms and one room has a separate en-suite (not the one listed). It is located in a gated, quiet close and has a small back garden. The lounge and kitchen are large and spacious. The room itself is very large with plenty of storage and comes furnished with a bed, desk and chair perfect for working from home. The 3 remaining tenants are 2 men and 1 woman, all of whom are friends and sociable.
