The house was renovated this year with very good taste, and comes with plenty of modern facilities, including:

- Modern and cozy bathrooms with brand new shower heads and home fragrance; the bathroom mirrors have integrated lighting

The location is very convenient for everyday life. There is a supermarket right opposite the house (30 secs walk!) which sells food and daily utility goods. Tesco is just around 3 minutes' walk away, there is also a Tesco Extra 12 minutes away.

There is also the amazingly beautiful South Dock and Greenland Dock just around 5 minutes' walk from the house, parked by lots of boats and adjoining a lovely walking route.

The room is on the ground floor, immediately to the left when you enter the house. Further along the ground floor are the living room, open-plan kitchen and garden.

The second floor has the main bathroom, shower room and two bedrooms, one of which a studio. The third floor has three further bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. There is also an attic storage space where you can keep suitcases and other belongings.

You would share the bathroom and shower facilities with two other girls.
The landlord is a lovely Chinese lady who has been very kind to everyone in the house. She has even organised BBQs for us in the garden last month! The atmosphere in the house is super friendly and relaxed. You are more than welcomed to bring friends back, as long as you don't disturb the other roommates.

Looking for a female working professional who is clean, considerate and looking for a long-term home. Minimum 1-year stay preferred.
