Person must be clean , tidy and decent ,respectful and able to share with others. And must clean up after themselves and if they don’t want to please don’t apply
This is a home to those that live here and not a party house where anything goes.
The room is the 1 on the first floor plan with 2 large windows at the front of the house , ¦the double bed is on the right hand side as you walk in the room with a wardrobe next to the bed and a chest of drawers under the window and a chair .
The room is a bedroom and not an office , so I am not looking for anyone that works from home

Looking for someone who is Sociable and easy going
This area is very quiet so if you are looking for cafe culture this area is not that ........ There is a lot of green space and lovely river walks so great if you want a bit of peace away from the hustle and bustle !
The important part ..I have friendly laid back dogs and ..I don’t live in the house all the time as I have another property elsewhere so you won’t see me all the time or the dogs as they will be with me most of the time , .I am gay and don't care if you are straight or gay as long as you are clean and appreciate the space you live in , and respectful to the people you live with and of course love the dogs ( cocker spaniels ) many thanks sean
