Very quite, safe and prestige area, with 3 min walking distance to the Thames, canals with the swans and ducks, parks and local pubs and restaurants. 2nd Zone, just 2 stops to London Bridge and central London by tube, over the river from canary Wharf and a short bus ride from Greenwich. 10 min walk to Tesco Extra and the shopping centre with additional shopping in Canary Wharf just 1 tube stop away, 10 mins WALKING DISTANCE to Canada Water or Rotherhithe Tube stations, very close to the bus stops for central London (night service).

House description
A spacious single room and even bigger double room in a modern large 4 bedroom family house. Washing machine ,fridge freezer, microwave, unlimited WI-FI etc. Shared kitchen and bathroom. The landlord (a professional couple 45-50 live in the house). There is a small and friendly dog in the house.
Room 1
Room includes comfortable single bed, a wardrobe, computer table, chest of drawers, chair & etc., very neat, clean and quiet.

Room 2
This room is on the ground floor with direct access to the garden giving you even more privacy. It has a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe.

Terms & conditions
Both rooms are available immediately. Deposit is £300 (fully refundable). All bills are included. Short term and long term rent possible.

Room 1
£850 per month (or £195 per week)

Room 2
£1100 per month (or £250 per week)
