Hi,

There is a big double room available for rent in our modern apartment located between Canada Water and Bermondsey.

We are two females and one male in our late 20s/early 30s looking for house mate to come join us in what is generally regarded as the most chilled out, relaxed, fun and social apartment south of the river.

There is a sofa-bed, orthopaedic bed, wardrobe, shelves and drawers and a desk in the room.

We are located in the heart of the Docklands just next to the river, 3 minutes away from Rotherhithe Overground station and 5 minutes away from both Canada Wanter and Bermondsey tube stations. The apartment is fully furnished and all bills (excluding electricity) are included in the monthly rental price of £640.
