House description
A spacious double room in a modern large 4 bedroom family house. Washing machine ,fridge freezer, microwave, unlimited WI-FI etc. Shared kitchen and bathroom. The landlord (a professional couple 45-50 live in the house). There is a small friendly dog in the house.

This room is on the ground floor with direct access to the garden giving you a lot of privacy. It has a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe.

Terms & conditions
The room is available from the 1st of October.
Deposit is £300 (fully refundable). All bills are included. Short term and long term rent possible.

£1100 per month (or £275 per week)
