Double room in fab house in Canada Water

We have a lovely double room available for rent in Canada Water, living with two easy-going friendly professionals and one dog. The room is spacious with great storage, and the house has all mod-cons (dishwasher, washing machine, sky, broadband etc.). We also have free private parking at both front and back of the house, a lovely south-facing garden, a great living room, large kitchen and dining area, and two bathrooms.

Canada Water is great if you like a bit of peace in London, but still want to be relatively central (zone 2) and have great transport links. There's also an ecological park within one minute of the house, and plenty of waterways to wander around.

We both work quite a lot and are in an out, but we're sociable and respectful and are looking for someone similar.
