We will have a single rooms available from 24th May 2026 in a super clean/tidy cozy and pretty maisonette near Canada Water and Rotherhithe station.

The maisonette is located 3-4min walk from both Canada Water and Rotherhithe station. Very safe, quiet area and convenient for commuting and shopping.

The area has lots of shops including Nisa by Rotherhithe station, Sainsbury's by Canada Water station, Tesco Extra, Cafes and Restaurants, shopping centre within short walking distance.

The area is really beautiful and uplifting for professionals who work in Canary Wharf or central London. Canada Water is Zone 2 and super convenient location to get to Central London.

The flat is on 2nd and 3rd floor in a closed estate, very quiet and safe location.

The flat is maintained very clean, neat and tidy with minimalism, oak wooden floor throughout with double windows and central heating system, 24hours hot water, There is no living room but we socialise in the kitchen/dining room.

There are 4 bedrooms in the flat and 1 single room will be available from 24th May.

The room has a single bed, wall mounted big wardrobe, drawer, desk and chair. We welcome minimalist !

There are 3 professionals in the property (Japanese, Korean, Portuguese) All very friendly/clean and tidy, quiet and laid back . No party people. We have a cat in the flat.

We share the kitten, bathroom and separated toilet, all very well maintained and cleaned (we have a cleaning rota).

All bills included.

We are looking for a female flatmate who is friendly/kind/respectful/clean/tidy person.
