Each room is strictly single occupancy only. Ideal for anyone working or needing to reach The City, London Bridge, central London & Canary Wharf. The house's communal living room and kitchen are shared between all tenants.

All bedrooms have secure lockable doors.

The main station of Canada Water (Jubilee Line & East London Line) is a 15 minute walk, but is easily accessible via bus. The bus stop is at the end of the road (1 minute) and comes every 5/10 minutes. Alternatively the bus stop across the road will take you to London Bridge in around 12 mins. Both busses operate a 24hr night service.

Rotherhithe station for The East London line is 7 minutes walk and will take you to the City, Shoreditch, Old Street, Hackney and other popular hotspots on Friday or Saturday nights.

For those who work at Canary Wharf the Thames Clipper boat leaving form the Hilton (5 mins walk) will drop you in the centre of Canary Wharf.

Surrey Quays has a small shopping centre with a large 24hr Tesco, New look, River Island, WH Smiths, Superdrug, Dorothy Perkins, Specsavers, Halifax, JD Sports, HSBC and many other High Street shops, bars and restaurants. This is a 15 min walk or again is accessible via the bus.

The area is very popular with professionals and has a variety of many riverside pubs, the night life of London Bridge and the city centre as a short bus or tube ride.

Any Residential Parking Permit would need to be applied for via Southwark Council directly.
