Situated on the 1st floor of a two storey house, the room includes large built in wardrobes, double bed, chest of drawers and a desk/chair. This room has exclusive use of the main bathroom - toilet, shower/bath and sink
Bills are in addition to the rent and come to approx £140 per person per month. (Council tax band D, fibre optic broadband 150/mbps and utilities)
A bit about us, I (Phil) work as a risk manager for a tech firm. I'm a big fan of all things tech, cars, and aviation, and I also enjoy going out with friends to explore new restaurants and areas of London.
Michael is a data engineer working in fintech. He’s a passionate swimmer and enjoys bouldering, which keeps him active and adventurous. On weekends, you might find him exploring the outdoors—whether it’s hiking, cycling, or generally exploring green spaces. He’s currently learning Spanish, so he’s always up for practicing over a casual chat.
We’re both friendly, social, and respectful of shared spaces. We’re looking for a like-minded housemate who values a balance between socialising and quiet downtime. If you love outdoor activities, languages, tech/gadgets or just good company, we might be the perfect housemates!
A bit more about the house: it benefits from a large kitchen/dining area and a separate living room with a fantastic source of natural light due to the west facing windows and large double patio doors leading to a large, private rear garden area.
Further benefits include a large entrance hall and a spare, unused bedroom used only as additional storage space.
We are a very clean and organised household - We'd love to keep it this way too.
