The location is perfect for travelling to the city and is also incredibly peaceful and secure.

There is choice of 3 different train stations - Canada Water, Surrey Quays and Rotherhithe stations, running jubilee line and the overground services.

I find it the best possible area in London - it is close to central and at the same time calm and residential. It's surrounded by various parks and loads of shops including enormous Tesco, Sainsburys, Superdrug and Boots, Odeon Cinema, Bowling, shopping centre, outdoor gym, parks, leisure centre/gym, library and a petting zoo!

TRAVEL
- Underground: 3 tube stations - Canada Water, Surrey Quays, and Rotherhithe station
- Trains: 2 tube lines - Jubilee and Overground
- Walk: 15min walk or 5min bus ride to/from Canada Water station
- Buses: 2 frequent running bus stops right at doorstep (C10 and 381) and night long running bus service N381
- Travel time: 30 min to Central London door to door
