Rental: £210 per week. All bills included except electricity (generally, summer time will cost £25-35, winter will cost £40-£50. Also depends on how much time spent working from home)

You will be sharing the flat with me, who works in banking for many years. The double room comes with double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, and chest drawer. The flat is fully equipped( Microwave/ Oven/ Washing machine ) . Communal area includes living room, bathroom, and a kitchen. There is a garage where you can lock your bicycle safely. The Surrey Quay Shopping Center is 5 min away with a 24hrs Tesco Extra. You can also find the gym, watersport center, restaurants nearby.

I am an easy going person, who love sharing/exploring different ideas, cultures and experiences. I look forward to share the flat with the lodger that appreciate who you live with is more important than the flat itself.
