A lovely double bed room (for single person only) available immediately.

Rental: £920 per month. All bills included except electricity (generally, summer time will cost £25-35, winter will cost £40-£50. Also depends on how much time working from home)

A brief intro...
You will be sharing the flat with me, the flat owner, who works in banking with many years of experience. The double room comes with double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, and chest drawer. The flat is fully equipped( Microwave/ Oven/ Washing machine ) . Communal area includes living room, bathroom, and a kitchen. There is a garage where you can lock your bicycle safely. The flat is literally next to the quay, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. The Surrey Quay Shopping Center is 5 min away with a 24hrs Tesco Extra. You can also find the gym, watersport center, restaurants nearby.

I am an easy going person, who love sharing/exploring different ideas, cultures and foods. I speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

London has become much cycle friendly and Canada Water links with Cycle Way 4 (London Bridge to Greenwich). As a cyclist myself, I highly recommend the area to people who wishes to cycle to work.

47 bus to Liverpool Street Station 45min
381 bus to London Bridge 30 min and Waterloo 45min
