* Split level property with front and back garden. Large storage space.
* It’s a four bed property with one bathroom and one separate toilet.
* One room is on ground floor and three rooms on upstairs. All rooms are furnished.
* Ground floor room is taken by a female professional and her dog. Two rooms upstairs are taken by a male and female professional with a dog. The other smallest room in upstairs is available from 23rd May.
Water, gas, electricity and internet all included in the rent. For pet owners I will charge £10/month extra for very small pet, £20 extra for a cat or £30 extra for a dog. However, since there are already two dogs in the house I will not prefer someon with dog anymore.
