The House is a lovely spacious and peaceful 3 bedroom Home over 3 floors with front and back garden, lounge, dining room, breakfast kitchen and 2 bathrooms ( we will be a max of 3 including yourself o 4 with a couple, short term and en suite considered )
We are not a party house, like to watch films/netflix, board game, share the online grocery, meals doing a BBQ when possible, bake own bread o cakes is a plus

On the ground floor there is a Breakfast Kitchen with double oven, conventional microwave, big fridge freezer, table for 4 p. a window to the back garden and a dishwasher

Large Lounge, with 2 sofa large table and a tv at the same level a good size Dining room with an oval table and a cocktail table
1 x Bathroom with a bath/shower toilet and sink and 3 wall cabet
At the present we are sharing both bathrooms and we have a weekly cleaner

On the first floor the available master bedroom for 940 pm including all bills for single use
Also the other 2 bedroom's can be available 770/860 ( All Bill's Included ) as for the pictures
