I am looking for a person or a couple to take over my studio unit. The contract is until end of August, as it was signed for a year contract I have got the cheapest rate. If you wish to continue to live after the contract ends, you can extend it.

Moving in date is preferably 1st of April but is negotiable.

This is a studio unit - standard Room at The Collective Canary Wharf. Self contained unit with a small kitchen and a bathroom. The Collective Canary Wharf is a newly built last year, have approximately 200 members of long stay - offers the world luxury co-living space. The fee is included everything; all bills, smart tv, swiming pool and sauna at the top floor, commune kitchen, study space, gym and weekly community activities. Fortnight cleaning service (fresh bed sheets included).

It is a rare corner unit of standard room, which means you have a bit of extra space than the normal standard unit.

2 minutes to walk to crossharbour DLR station, 10 mins walk to canary wharf.
