The housemates are very sociable and very international. The housemates do things together like walks, shopping for fresh seafood at the local Billingsgate market, movie nights, etc..

One room (Room 3 in the video) is available in this modern, stylishly furnished house which has large south-facing balconies. The communal area includes a luxuriously large (27 m2) living room (NO kitchen in the living room!), two separate kitchens (11 m2 with views over the marina and 5 m2 with access to a large 6 m2 communal balcony) and an immaculately maintained, beautiful large estate garden. The garden is a haven of tranquility in a bustling world, ideal for BBQs or just reading a book in the sun (when it´s out). The lounge includes a 55" Samsung QLED 70 smart TV with sound bar.

Walking and jogging paths leave from the doorstep. Secure and free bicycle storage is available and you have access to canal-side and river-side cycle paths close by. If you don´t have a bicycle, there is a Santander bike hire station just outside the estate. Perfect for leisure or commuting.

Various shops and eateries including Tesco Express (6am-11pm) are close by and all the facilities of Canary Wharf and Wood Wharf are within a pleasant 7 minute walk.

The room measures 12.5 m2. It has a desk and chair for working from home with fast (1GB) fibre-optic broadband and excellent wifi connectivity. There are wall-mounted shelves, a wide wardrobe with full length mirrors, under-bed storage and a picture ledge. There is additional storage space in the cupboard in the hallway (just outside the room) and plenty of space in the attic for those items you´ll rarely need to access. So storage space should not be a concern for you!

All bills including Council Tax (Band F) and a WEEKLY cleaner, who does the communal AND private areas, are included in the rent. Also included is internal and external cleaning of all the windows once a month.

Facilities include two ovens and hobs, two microwaves, a dishwasher, two washing machines and a separate tumble dryer.
