The communal area includes a luxuriously large (27 m2) living room (NO kitchen in the living room!), two separate kitchens (11 m2 with views over the marina and 5 m2 with access to a large 6 m2 communal balcony) and an immaculately maintained, beautiful large estate garden. The garden is a haven of tranquility in a bustling world, ideal for BBQs or just reading a book in the sun (when it´s out). The lounge includes a 55" Samsung QLED 70 smart TV with sound bar.

Walking and jogging paths leave from the doorstep. Secure and free bicycle storage is available and you have access to canal-side and river-side cycle paths close by. If you don´t have a bicycle, there is a Santander bike hire station just outside the estate. Perfect for leisure or commuting.

Various shops and eateries including Tesco Express (6am-11pm) are close by and all the facilities of Canary Wharf and Wood Wharf are within a pleasant 7 minute walk.

There is additional storage space in the cupboard in the hallway (just outside the room) and plenty of space in the attic for those items you´ll rarely need to access. So storage space should not be a concern for you!

All bills including Council Tax (Band F) and a weekly cleaner, who does the communal AND private areas, are included in the rent.

Facilities include two ovens and hobs, two microwaves, a dishwasher, two washing machines and a separate tumble dryer.
