Small room in a perfect location

Move in end of August. When reply please tell what is your job, move in date and how long do you need the room for and Welcome to our cosy super clean, room in a friendly, newly refurb house 2 min walk from Poplar DLR to share with 2 professionals. There is no sitting room and the bathroom is shared. I was told the room has special vibe and feels like a proper home. Electricity is parcially included to motivate saving, its normally zero. I just want renants not leaving heating when you leave the room. I pay 80 pounds a month toward the bill and the rest is shared between tenants.
