*SHORT LET* En-suite room in superb flat

Hello,

Renting a en-suite double room in our bright and modern flat, in East London, just 30min from the centre. This is a short let from the 18th of December to the 9th of January (available for minimum 2 weeks and maximum 3 weeks).

The flat is located between Canary Wharf and Mile end. We are surrounded by plenty of green space and supermarkets. Perfect for student, professionals or tourists.
All bills are included.

THE FLAT:
The flat is fully furnished, decorated in a nice, light and modern style. We have a large living room with a dinning area, a kitchen fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and all essentials. We also have a balcony with a superb view over canary wharf.

The flat is situated mid way between Canary Wharf and Mile End stations, 15min walk from each. There are also many buses available 24/7 directly to central London in just 20min. Lot's of supermarkets and shops are around (Tesco, Sainsbury, Nisa and Lidle) within 5 to 10min walk.

THE ROOM:
The room available is a double room en-suite, fully furnished with a king size bed and storage. Note that this is currently Manos and I room so some storage will be occupied whilst we are away but the room will be freed-up to ensure you have all the space needed.

YOU WILL HAVE THE WHOLE FLAT TO YOURSELF DURING THIS PERIOD...
however you will not have access to the second bedroom which is usually occupied by our current flatmate - a super nice and friendly young professional who will be away too.
