3rd Floor Waterfront Flat Share!

Looking for a fun and easy going flatmate (or potentially 2! I got 2 rooms to fill so take a look at my other ad!) to move in with me!

Location:

1) Awesome location just outside the Canary Wharf estate, facing out onto Blackwall Basin.

2) 5 minute walk from Canary Wharf station (Jubilee) and Blackwall station (DLR) - great for anyone working in Canary Wharf or the City!

3) 5 minute walk from Cabot Place shopping centre - includes a huge waitrose, M&S, restaurants, shops etc.

The Flat:

1) Recently refurbished and in great condition

2) 3rd floor luxury apartment with a lift for easy access. Highly secure - set back from the main road with a concierge and 2 layers of fob security just to get into the block

3) Very quiet - most residents are professionals their 30s and the 2 flats nextdoor are rarely occupied.

4) Comes with secure bike storage and underground car parking space (I don't really use it so it's yours for an extra £50 pcm!)

5) Kitchen fully kitted out - fridge, freezer, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine + dryer.

6) large balcony overlooking the water for those that like to work from home!

The room:

1) Double Bed with a view out over the water. The desk and chair in the picture belong to the existing tenant but everything else will stay!

2) Bathroom - Showers are powerful and we just had the boiler replaced so no hot water issues! Not an ensuite sadly

About me:

I'm an outgoing dynamic young working professionals in investment management - normally in the office 4 days a week. ENTP for those that like their psychology!

I'm clean + tidy and straightfoward but also pretty laid back and very friendly (eg. not going to blast you for leaving the dishes out overnight so long as they don't smell and I can still cook!). I'm pretty active in the gym and am a keen runner + climber - always keen to try new things! Any tennis/squash players get extra brownie points! Also big into history and debating so love a deep dinner table discussion haha!

Normally host parties/games and movie nights at once a month (I absolutely love boardgames!) and don't do drugs or smoke.

What I'm looking for:

A fun, friendly person with similar interests who likes the sound of the above and thinks they would be a good fit! I've lived with roomies for the last 5 years and they now make up some of my closest friends so hoping to continue the streak!
