Hi there! Thank you for your interest. We have 1 double bedroom available in our apartment (move in date to be agreed) for the right person as one of our flatmates has to leave the UK for a family emergency. The rent is £1250 per month-ex bills, including gym and pool and cinema room, and the bills as a flat fee will be added on top of the rent. (The cost of living and inflation!) We are busy professionals working very long hours in the office in finance / consulting. We are looking for professional roommates in permanent employment who share the same lifestyle i. e. go to office most of the time, who are respectful, clean, tidy and independent as we value our privacy and personal life. We love to get to know you and also welcome LGBTQ +.

Please note this property is not suitable for smokers, drugs users, unemployed, couples, students, disrespectful or dirty people and remote workers.

About the property:
While living in the middle of the financial center, the apartment offers a tranquil space where we can stay away from all the hustle and bustle of London city life. The fully equipped apartment is spacious thanks to its design and the layout. The open-plan kitchen/living area is flooded with natural light thanks to the floor to ceiling windows. You can stay inside without getting tired of it. The bedrooms are well-proportioned to provide a restful night’s sleep! On top of that there are 3 balconies where you can enjoy your coffee and read or sit in the sun.

In the building block, which is super safe due to the 24/7 concierge who is at your service and who will hold your packages, there are plenty of communal areas so you don’t need to go out if you don’t want to. A huge Winter Garden built with a height of 3 levels is like a city oasis. From there you can oversee the O2, Thames and Canary Wharf. On a nice sunny day, we often go to the roof terrace for some sunbathing, a picnic and exercise. From there you can see London in 360 degrees when doing some exercise. There is a large gym, swimming pool, steam sauna, dry sauna, snooker corner, library, business centre to work from on the occasional day, cinema room and multiple restaurants and bars in the building. There is also bike storage available for those who love to bike. There is no excuse ever to be out of shape or bored!

The location gives us everything we could wish for on our doorstep. Greenwich/Cutty Sark is a 15 minute leisurely walk away through the foot tunnel. On the way to Greenwich, you find yourself greeting different animals going through the Mudchute Park and Farm. When we feel like a long walk during the weekend, there is the Thames and scenic Regents Canal to stroll over so we end up walking all the way to the Victoria Park. For some romantic nights, we tend to take the Clipper water bus back from Waterloo or Westminster so we can see illuminated Canary Wharf from the water and arrive at the Canary Wharf Pier to walk back home.

On top of all that, the convenience and safety of the neighbourhood are unbeatable. There are multiple restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, dry cleaners, bars, health clinics and GP/ dentists within 1-2 minutes away. Within 10 minutes walk there are more than 20 supermarkets including Amazon Fresh, M&S, Waitrose, Tesco, and Asda. Canary Wharf is 4-5 min away and has malls, shops, restaurants, bars and cinemas so you can just stay in the local area without travelling far; but there are also excellent public transport links with 24 hours service to Central London, the Jubilee line (5-6 min away), DLR South Quay (1-2 min away), Elizabeth line (8-9 min away) and multiple bus routes. The excellent transportation links bring you rapidly to the West End, Soho, Hyde Park and Heathrow Airport in the West and to Greenwich, Hackney, Stratford, Victoria Park, Essex and City Airport in the East!
