This is a 2 bed , one bathroom apartment in canary wharf. We were 2 friends living here but she will be moving out. Hence I am looking for her replacement

The apartment:

it is on the 12th floor. It has windows on both side of the flat , hence you get sunlight throughout the day. It has amazing view from all sides (even tower bridge is visible). The flat is equipped with everything you need: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave & oven.

Room:

The room has a king size bed and huge windows , plus it is equipped with a big 2 door sliding wardrobe.

Cost :
The rent is £1375 (£2750/2) + bills (~£250 approx)

Management:
The flat is fully managed, the agency will take care of all repairs and issues.

Shopping:
Tesco just in front of the building as well as a large Asda store is less than a 10 min walk.

Transport:
2 min walk to South Quay DLR station, 5 min walk to Canary Wharf Jubilee line station & 10 min walk to Elizabeth Line

About Me:
- I am a software engineer working at one of the big tech firms. I moved to London 3.5 years ago. I usually do 3-4 days WFH.
- Interests: Cooking, Formula 1 on weekends, tennis and travelling.
