2 bed 2 bath flat - 7 min from Canary Wharf

My flatmate is moving out and her room is available in this 2 bed 2 bath property from October/ November (flexible move in date). The flat is a 7 min walk into central canary wharf (jubilee, DLR and Elizabeth line), and is right next to wood wharf. Bills and council tax are around £150-£200. The flat comes with a balcony, garage, attic and massive storage cupboard. It is furnished to a high standard with 2 Emma mattresses and an extendable dining table. Looking for someone I can get on with / have dinner and drinks with but who is also happy to do their own thing as I work relatively long hours and am busy most weekends.
