Brand New Bedroom in Canary Wharf

I'm looking for someone to share my comfy 2-bedroom flat in the Canary Wharf area.

**I am still furnishing the flat and some pictures are from the estate agent**

The Flat is about 5 minutes' walk to the Jubilee Line (Canary Wharf) which takes you into central London (London Bridge/Green Park) in about 10 minutes. There is also the new Elizabeth Line taking you to Soho in just 14 mins! DLR station is about 3 mins walk, taking you to Bank Station in 15 mins.

The Flat is on a brand new high rise with beautiful views. There is a good size kitchen, living room, balcony, storage space, one shared bathroom, and central air conditioning. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and with a good aspect.

The building does not have a swimming pool or gym, but there are 3 gyms nearby. Third Space is about a 10 mins walk away.

We have Wi-Fi broadband (100 MB/s - symmetrical), a wash machine/dryer, a microwave, medium size fridge, and a freezer. Shops are on our doorstep, with Co-Op and Tescos less than 2 min walk.

Canary Wharf is extremely well served, with excellent shops, gyms, restaurants, bars, and cinemas. If you like to cycle and have a bike, this can be stored in the basement locker facilities. There is very good access to both Heathrow and City airports. You can get to the historical Greenwich Park and Village in just 15 mins via the DRL.

The room is medium but with a comfy, brand-new double bed and wardrobe and a large window. The rent includes all bills. It is ideal if you work in the Canary Wharf, Bank, or London Bridge areas.
