🏡 The House

The house has all modern conveniences such as a Dishwasher, Double Washer Dryers, Mesh WiFi, and 350MB Commercial Broadband.

The Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of facilities and storage for all.

The house has a cleaner who attends bi-weekly to keep all communal areas spotless. We also supply complimentary kitchen rolls, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, etc.

The garden is perfect for relaxation at the end of the day.

🛌 The Room

The rooms are spacious, cozy, and well-furnished, with plenty of storage space. There is a desk and bookshelves if you need to work from home and USB sockets by the bed to charge your phone. Each room comes with its own Smart TV so you can chill with Netflix, Amazon Video or Disney+

🤗 The Housemates

You would be sharing with 5 other working professionals in their 20s and 30s who work in Finance, Consultancy, Government, and Real Estate. All housemates are friendly, quiet, and respectful.

We would be looking for someone who is clean, tidy, easy-going, and sociable.

🚆 Transport

The house is only 7 minutes walk from Mudchute station which is ideal for those commuting into Canary Wharf (6 mins) or to City/Bank (15 mins).

There are also multiple bus routes served outside the house with routes going to Aldgate and Liverpool St Station.

We also have Mast House Terrace Pier where you can catch the Thames Clipper Commuter Boat which stops at Tower Bridge, Blackfriars, Embankment, and Westminster. This is a great way to commute as you can avoid the crowds and travel in style whilst enjoying the onboard bar where you can get your morning latte or that post-work glass of wine.

🛍 Amenities

You are within easy reach of Canary Wharf with all its shops, bars, and restaurants.

There is an ASDA Superstore approx 12 mins walk.

For essentials, there is a convenience store around the corner from the house.

A few bars and coffee shops are located a short walk away for a relaxing time.

If you fancy a nice walk you can take a stroll along the river and Greenwich foot tunnel to Greenwich Cutty Sark where there are plenty of bars and restaurants as well as weekend food markets.

There is also the Thames Pathway along the back of the house which is ideal if fancy a morning run or just a leisurely walk if you prefer.
