Whole flat to be shared with only one other person (me - female, in my 30s, long term tenant here).

Very good location. Safe and quiet area.

Residential parking can be available.

Bus stops 2-3 minutes away from house, closest DLR station is Mudchute 7-10 minutes walk, also riverboats easily available with Masthouse Terrace Pier only 5 minutes away.

Rent is £800 pcm, for a stay of at least a month (or longer).
Shorter stays - to be discussed.

Only two bills to be shared: council tax (£70 per person) and electricity (can vary between £60-80 per person, in winter).

No broadband - as it's always been more convenient for everyone to individually use mobile internet on good data deals, with tethering/hotspot.
