-Very clean and tidy, quiet lodger. This is not a party house. We are not out late during the week.
-Someone who respects our home. It’s not a shared house. It is our space with our possessions. Fully equipped house. You will be using all of our items. Please be respectful.
-We pay extra for the cleaner who comes twice a week to maintain cleanliness in the house. Cost is split between all.
-Do not bring kitchenware, furniture, décor, no Teflon/coated pans permitted in house or other toxic chemicals.
-No bikes, scooters, etc. If you have a bike/scooter, please don’t apply.
-No students or part-time workers, no training programmes. Full-time workers only.
-Someone who works in the office, wfh one day or more fine, but work in your room, desk provided.
-Must like cats. Cat lives in the property.
-Must be self-sufficient and independent. We work long hours and are very busy.
-Must lock door coming in and going out. Failure to lock the door and you will be asked to leave. Security is paramount.

-There is a rota and there are house rules. Can be sent via WhatsApp to you ahead of viewing.
-The house is not large. If you have a lot of possessions/items, this house is not for you.
