Hello, I have a modern en-suite room in my flat available. Unfortunately my flatmate is moving out of London and the room will be available from the end of July. I'm looking for a professional to share with me.

I am easy going, have a healthy and active lifestyle, enjoy working out, yoga, traveling, festivals and going out. I work in finance (asset management) and have a very demanding job (work from office 3-4 x a week) therefore I'd like to have someone who has a similar schedule, professional, organized and respectful.

We'll get along well if you would like a quiet and cosy place for you to relax after work, as well as a flatmate who is considerate, fun, positive and naturally wants to keep the place clean and tidy.

The flat is based on a luxurious development, modern, equipped with various smart appliances and bespoke furniture in all the rooms. Located in Limehouse, we have a great view of Canary Wharf from the balcony, concierge 7 days a week, resident's gym 24 hrs and a communal rooftop. Location is amazing, Westferry DLR, Canary Wharf Station (Jubilee line) and Mile End Station (Central Line) are within a few minutes walking distancing. Bus stations are on the corner within 4 min walking distance. Building is facing the Limehouse Cut Canal . Next to park and other canals, good for running.

The monthly rent is £1,500 which is inclusive of all bills
(i. e Hyperoptic Hyperfast WiFi, TV license, heating, council tax, service charge, water and electricity ALL INCLUDED) plus once a month cleaner.

Move-in date: from the 31st July (it might be earlier depending on my flatmate move out arrangements).

To arrange viewings, please drop me a message about yourself, intended move-in date, length of stay, and number of WFH days. Preference will be given to someone who intends to rent for 6 to 12 months minimum.
