Deposit:
There is no traditional deposit, as we already have the flat from the landlord.
However, to secure the room and proceed with the tenancy agreement, a security payment is required, which will be treated as the first month’s rent upon moving in.

3. Payment & Contract
Rent is payable in advance on the 19th of each month
Contract will be signed on 19th January

4. Bills
Estimated utilities and council tax: £150–£170 per person per month
