the photos, except ( monitor , desk chair belongs to the current tenan).A TV WILL BE PROVIDED WITH AMAZON STICK

Monthly rent: £ 850 excluding the bills
No Deposit: As we already got the flat from the landlord, there is no deposit. However, to secure the room and proceed with the tenancy agreement
arrangements, a security deposit is required
instead, and will be treated as the first month rent,
once moving.

3- The monthly rent is payable in advance on 1st of each month. The contract will be signed on 1st of August

4- Estimated utilities and council tax £120- £150 PP monthly
