Jubilee, Elizabeth and DLR all walking distance. 1 small supermarket, 2 convenience store, 3 cheap fast food shops and a cafe, dry cleaners, etc. etc. immediately downstairs, and tonnes more in the vicinity.

Flat’s fully equipped for absolute maximum chill, fully kitted large kitchen, 65” 4k wall mounted TV, PS4 & VR, surround sound, the comfiest Eames Lounge Chair, etc.

Your room also has a big desk, monitor, ergonomic chair, and everything. Oh and extremely nice feather duvet and pillows, smart lights with sunrise wake-up, etc.

Basically, it’s mega nice to live here and it’s ready to move in, just bring your clothes and picture frames!

I would prefer someone who is tidy and cleans up after themselves within reason, knows how to live life to the fullest, and is not a light sleeper (I listen to music often). We get regular cleaners as well.

I’d like for it to be a home, so if you like watching and splitting the cents and pennies we won’t get along. I love giving, enthusiastically and freely, and have found that life is much rosier when everyone is like that. It works to about the same level of effort but it’s filled with nice surprises instead of nagging.

I can also get us guestlist to underground parties or last minute infinite guestlist to club 77, etc. I love taking my friends on adventures, love to dance and love to meet new people.
