Hello, I am the current flatmate and I have been living in the apartment for the past 4 years. My flatmate is about to move out to his own place and I am looking for the replacement for the new upcoming contract starting in March for a 1 year with a possibility to extend afterwards. Although the person can move in already on 11th February as my flatmate will be moving out by this date.
The apartment is just opposite Langdon Park DLR station and 15mins walk to Canary Wharf.
It is a 2 bed modern apartment, each of us have their own bathroom, shared living room with kitchen and the balcony with Canary Wharf view.
Looking for the professionals only , no couples, no students! Please only tenants with UK/EU passports with no visas. You would need to go through the referencing process to be approved from the agency and move in to the property. There are also high salary requirements to be met
I am looking for someone social but also doing their own things, being respectful, not a party person, mainly a clean person to keep the shared areas always clean and maintained!! I am working pretty busy shifts and sometimes evenings, so I need some quiet time at home.
I Like to socialise, go out , spend time with my friends, travel etc. Although, on my days off I wish to have peace and quiet, so not looking for any party people, but respectful, tidy and quiet.
The rent doesn’t include the bills, wifi and council tax, which would be maximum 200 a month per person
