LONG-TERM RENT (6 months or more)
One ensuite double room and one large double room available to rent in a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom flat that has a large bright living room with a balcony looking out to the river Thames, open plan kitchen, and a separate laundry room.

LONG-TERM MONTHLY RENT:
1. Double room: £1069 for one person only, with access to a shared bathroom that is shared with only one other person.

2. Ensuite room: £1250/month and for one person only. No couples

BILLS:
Monthly rent includes council tax and internet.

Other bills NOT included in rent are electricity, heating, hot water, water, cleaning that could add up to roughly around £80-£120/month but of course the final amount depends on usage and tariffs.

YOUR ROOM:
Your room comes furnished (bed, wardrobe, bedside table). There is also plenty of space for you to add a desk in your room, if you work from home sometimes.

SHARED SPACES:
* You will have full access to all the shared spaces: living room with an open plan kitchen, and a balcony. The living room has a TV.

* This is a quiet, clean, non-smoking flat. Not one for parties.

SUPERMARKETS
5-10mins walk to Tesco, ASDA, Morrison’s, Tian Tian etc. or you could walk to 17-20 mins for Waitrose or M&S

SHORT-TERM RENT
Rent is higher for any short -term period of 5 months or less, and is excluding bills, rent must paid in advance for the whole duration of your stay, at a rate of £1200/month for the double room and £1400/month for the ensuite double room.
