Hi, our flat is to share with a couple+ daughter 3 years old.
We are looking to find a girl to share our flat, if you like the family and friendly vibe, this could be the opportunity to do not feel lonely in the busy London.
Of course we like our privacy and respect other people’s space and privacy. We speak English and Italian at home.
The room is available for a professional or student female.

It is a ground floor flat.
Our flat has 2 bedrooms, living room kitchen and bathroom.
The price is including bills, internet, council tax and cleaning service.

Our flat is located in area 2 of London, 10 minutes by bus from Canary Wharf tube stations.

Around here is very well served with transportation (bus, ferry, DLR and electric cycle).
There is a grocery store and post office at the corner of the building. We got also a nice skate park and soccer-basketball park in front of the building.

You will love it because it is very quiet and clean inside the flat and around the residential area.
Our neighbourhood is excellent.
If you like to have some walking around on weekends, you will love it around here because we are 20 minutes walking distance to Greenwich, or you can also take 2 stop DLR and arrive to Cutty Sark Greenwich. Or you can also enjoy the Mudchute park and Millwall park 5 minutes walking from our flat.
There are 2 pubs near the flat, the space theatre and the ship pub.
For swimmers, there is a council swimming pool and a lovely Sailing club 10 minutes walking distance.
Smokers are not allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
But we got a social garden where you can do bbq or relax.
