Here’s some details to see if the place is suitable for you.
In the heart of Canary wharf on the edge of ‘wood wharf’ between the basin and the Thames - check the postcode to see how central we are.
Room: A cosy single room available looking to fill for sublet Feb 1st -
Rent of £750 due upfront covers first months rent Feb 1st-march 1st each rent then sent on 30/31st to be collected by me ready for landlord on 1st
Last months rent of £750 also required up front - no deposit - all bills inclusive in the price no extras!
Furnished with a single bed frame & mattress
2 x deep draw set with 3 drawers in each and space on top to set things. 1 lamp.
Window curtains, cushions, canvas wall picture, bin.
1 deep built in cupboard (you can literally stand in it) with 1 top rail to hang clothes and lots of space under to put drawers or other storage - lock on bedroom door from inside.
Any furniture can be removed from the room if preferred if you want to add your own.
I can also answer questions regarding what will fit in the room and measurements if needed.
Room situated on the 3rd floor of 3 storey house. Sharing the floor with 2 other flatmates bedrooms.
Rent: £750 total per month upfront needed for Feb 1st-march 1st then rent sent on 30/31 of the months so it’s with me in time to send to landlords on 1st (next day) - I deal with the landlords privately as the sole named tenant and sublet the bedrooms with permission. No deposit - 1st months rent and last months rent to be paid upfront upon sublet
This is a trust based household, we need references and someone who will fit into the arrangements / housemates well.
We ask for 2 months notice of leaving to give us time to find other people to fill your room and will always help fill earlier if required. We would ideally like someone who’s looking to stay for at least a year but will
Consider shorter times.
I am the sole tenant I work directly with the landlords and you will be subletting from me so all correspondence and payments will be with me, I require great communication and always use WhatsApp as a quick point of contact.
House: on entry there’s a small porch and storage area, a downstairs toilet and sink with heated rail. Under stairs storage drawers for items/shoes - 1/2 drawers available for your use. An Inside door to the garage, and utility room with a washing machine and storage cupboards plus a sink in here. 1 housemates car uses the garage space, but storage space around this available. The Hallway is long and lights come on automatically. large kitchen with ample storage cupboard space, a section of the kitchen with cupboards is free for your use.
A huge table with chairs. Dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster all amenities some shared household items available like cutlery, crockery, utensils pots etc
Patio glass doors at the back open on to a garden patio with some outdoor seating on the waterfront, and a small fire heater.
2nd floor shared lounge area with L shaped sofa and a chair, tv, storage drawers, futon.
1 housemates desk/chair area is up here as he works from home as a designer regularly. We use a space in the bay window currently for laundry drying and we also have a door on to a patio balcony on this level.
Next to the lounge is the shared bathroom, sharing with 1 male and 1 female and is made up of toilet and sink, 1 over sink mirrored storage cupboard with space for each housemate. 1 large separate tub deep bath, and 1 large walk in shower with shower curtain and storage rack, plenty of space to add your own rack/items in the shower if preferred. There is a weekly deep cleaning rotation for the bathroom in which you will need to take turns to deep clean on rotation 1 weekend in every 3 weeks, cleaning is a non negotiable for the household.
1 female housemates bedroom is on this level next to the bathroom.
3rd floor, 3 bedrooms, single room is on this floor which overlooks the gated entrance to the complex, main road and front of the house.

Reuben is 31, male who is a theatre designer with varying shift work.
Lily 31 female, and works in town for the BBC.
We are very respectful people and work together to keep the house a comfortable place to live. It is paramount that we have a housemate who is willing to properly take turns with communal
Bathroom/ kitchen / lounge cleans and cleans up after themselves while also maintains a tidy well respected bedroom. I am sadly removing the housemate from this bedroom currently for poor cleanliness and not keeping the room in good standing, I will be having the room thoroughly bleached and cleaned before the next tenant moves in. We are not a party house and would prefer multiple guests to a minimum, we have a group chat on WhatsApp for house communications and to keep each other updated as necessary.
The communal areas are large and have plenty of space, with this we expect our New housemate to keep up with daily cleaning up after themselves in the communal areas and to ensure the bedroom is kept in the condition it is rented out to you in. Landlord makes routine checks or asks me for picture proof. The kitchen is big enough for people to cook at the same time if needed but there’s never been a time where all 4 have needed to use the space at once. We each have a shelve space in the tall standing fridge and share the small freezer space. There is an oven with a built in microwave at the top.
All bills are included in the monthly rent of £750 which pays for

It’s peaceful and quiet and feels so safe with security just around the corner.
We are 7-10 min walk to jubilee and Lizzy line
A Morrisons local 3min from house which is open to 2am.
Tesco express 10min walk
Asda store about 15mins walk (isle of dogs)
Waitrose, Amazon fresh, lots of new restaurants coffee shops, hairdresser and gyms all within walking distance doctors and post offices within reach and a brand new purpose built theatre has just opened.
We have a huge shopping centre 10mins up the road! Lots keeps getting added to CW it’s a great place to be!
We need someone ideally who is prepared to pay the rent from February 1st and can either move in this day or any day after. Rent will need to be set up as a standing order to myself for each month there after on the 1st.
I’m currently looking to gather interest and read bios to see who best fits with us before we open up some viewings dates/times in January
