Single room in 5-room house

I am looking for a new tenant to take over my room starting preferably from the 2nd of June (moving date is flexible) in two-level house. The room is on the second floor fully furnished. The utilities bills are included!

The house is very conveniently located in a very safe, calm and nice area, 15-20 min walk from the Canary Wharf. There is Lidl and Tesco express 10 min walk and 5-10 min to bus stops. There are washing machine and the drier in the house.

You will share the house with 4 young professionals from different countries and two cats. This place is perfect for someone who likes their own space and respectful to others. The animals are allowed in the house if it kept mostly in the room and don't disturb other tenants. I really enjoyed my time in this house, and I am moving out only because my partner and I decided to live together.
