I am looking for a flatmate to share a 2BHK in Canary Wharf from 1st July 2024 as my lease is due for renewal and my current flatmate will be moving out.
The apartment is spacious, fully furnished and has amenities such as concierge, swimming pool and gym within the building. The building is on Thames Path and at 10 minutes walking distance from Canary Wharf station (Jubilee, Elizabeth and DLR accessible) and 8 mins from Heron Quay DLR station. There are a few bus-stops within stone’s throw distance as well. We have a Tesco Express right outside the building and an Indian store at 2 mins walking distance.
Rent: Monthly rent will be c. £2,600 which can be split as £1350/£1250 for en-suite/non-ensuite). The ad is for the non-ensuite room.

Utilities: Utilities are around £300 per month which is split equally (i. e. £150 per person). This includes internet and electricity. Water is already included in rent.
