I am looking for someone to take over my contract of the classic studio on the 17th Floor at The ARK Canary Wharf, previously known as the Collective (renewable after this through The ARK). Less than 5 minutes walking distance to Crossharbour DLR and 10 minutes to Canary Wharf.

All bills are included including council tax, wifi, water, electricity, heating, etc..

Studio has kitchenette (hob, combination oven, sink) and ensuite bathroom, dining table, bed, cupboard and stools.
