Hello, I'm a 25 year old professional looking for someone to take over my double bed since I'm looking to move into a flat I'm purchasing. It's a huge two bed apartment with immaculate views of the wharf water and Canary wharf. Description relating to the room, roommate and flat is as below

1) Room
- A very decently sized double bed with loads of sunlight. The bed frame and mattress is new. Besides ample storage inside the room, there's also ample storage outside the room in the living area (to keep your suitcases and other things that you do not use regularly).
The room is big enough to work from but you wouldn't need to given the private workstation in the living (see description number 2 below)

2) Living room
- The living room is the biggest you'll find in London with space for your own standing work station. Living room is basically private and all yours to use given it's a 2 bed flat and that your other flatmate doesn't work from home or when home doesn't work in the living room.

Living room has top to down windows and a massive balcony and a barbecue. Views are immaculate as you can see in the picture making the balcony a perfect place for Dining, afternoon tea, etc.

3) Area
- The flat is right on Mill Wall Quay. The Quay has a water sport center with a pub making it perfect for a drink by the pub, paddle boating, sailing, kayaking. FYI even with these activities, it's super peaceful and quiet.
- There are local restaurants, groceries (Tesco and ASDA), and pubs around so not short of entertainment.
- Millwall park is also a 10 min walk.

4) Proximity to stations
- 7min walk to mudchute DLR
- 5 mins bus ride to Canary wharf station, both jubilee and Elizabeth (bus stop is right below the flat and 3 busses go the station - all night busses). For instance, I work at London bridge and can reach my work in 25 mins door to door.
- You can even walk 17 mins to Canary wharf underground station.
- Easy access to Shoreditch, Mile end, Old street with direct busses.

5) Flatmate
- You will be sharing the flat with my 24 year old mate (male) from school. He's a working professional and hardly ever uses the living room. He works from home 3 days a week. Super chilled and doesn't really complain or fuss about anything while keeping the flat clean at all times.

6) Kitchen and bathroom
- Fully equipped and immaculate condition and kept very clean as you can see in the pictures. It's basically private given only one flatmate who hardly is around the house.

7) Pricing
- Rent is £1000 per month excluding bills for the double room and almost private living space. Bills comes to approx 120 a month per person (this obviously fluctuates during summers and winter)

8) Tenancy
- We have a tenancy agreement till December 2026 so protected from any absurd rising rent costs. The landlord has agreed to cap the rental increase not greater than 5% annually. There is no lock in. Can leave the flat anytime subject to finding a replacement. Tenancy is handled by Dexters so nothing fishy and all clean and organized
