We're a friendly professional couple, who like to both relax and socialise. We're clean, friendly, but also very respectful of your privacy. My partner is a language teacher (Chinese, French, Spanish) and I'm a tech start-up founder (blockchain and drones). Our flatmates are moving out in July, so we're looking for either a single person, or a couple who are clean, tidy and friendly to join us and make this their home!

There are lots of nearby supermarkets (Tesco's, Asda, Chinese supermarkets, Amazon fresh, M&S), and a large shopping mall about 8 mins walk away with everything you could possibly want. The flat is very well connected, with DLR, Jubilee and Elizabeth line all just a short walk from the flat, and bus stops opposite the building.

The price included is for a single person, but couples are welcome for an extra £200/ month. Bills are extra and come to approximately £170/ person/ month
