Hi! I'm Jane, and I work in finance. I'm planning to be away for about a month, and I'm looking for a responsible person to take care of my flat.

**the flat is available to rent from June 14th to July 11th 2024**
*I am looking for someone who can stay here over for one week, and the whole rent of the stay has to be paid half upfront before you move in, and the rest has to be paid on the day you move in!!**

I prefer a professional, but students are also welcome as long as you can promise to respect the space—no parties or fuss, please.
