Female flatmate wanted for 2 bed - Canary Wharf

Hi, I’m Erika and I live in a 2 bed apartment in Canary Wharf.

There is one shared bathroom, kitchen, a large living room and balcony the that overlooks a lovely private garden! We are centrally located and about 5 mins walk to South Quay DLR, 10 mins Canary Wharf Jubilee and Elizabeth lines. There are also a few bus stops nearby.

I’m looking for someone to take over the 2nd bedroom from 1st August. You are welcome to move in after this date, however the new contract will be commencing from the 1st.

My ideal flatmate would be someone kind, friendly, clean, tidy and a non smoker (there is a no smoking policy in place for the apartment building). Ideally suited for an office based professional rather than WFH or students :)

Someone who would be up for sharing a glass of wine, have a nice chat and maybe watch a movie with after work from time to time, someone sociable and ideally not a party animal (or at least not at home). Being friends with my new flatmate would be great. I’m friendly and like hanging out with people but also like my own space from time to time.
