Hello, I am leaving my room in a 3 bed shared flat (2 bathrooms). The flat is shared with two young professionals (1 italian and 1 spanish), there is a very good atmosphere, we like to share things together: have diner, go for a run etc... but we also respect each other privacy. We like to keep the flat clean as well.

It has everything you need to be confortable:

- Dishwasher, washing machine, iron etc...
- Spacious living room, balconies with an incredible view on London / Thames (the flat is 17th floor)
- A large bedroom with a lot of storage
- A nice bathroom with plenty of space that is shared with one of the flatmates.

Location:
- Convenience stores are literally 2 mn away from the flat (2 different Tescos) / larger stores (Asda / Waitrose) can be accessed within a 10mn walk.
- Southquay DLR is within a 2mn walk (15mn to bank station) - Jubilee and Elizabeth lines (Canarywharf) within a 10mn walk.

The Building :
- 24h concierge
- Private free Gym, Spa, Sauna, Pool within the building.
- There is a cinema room that can be privatized for free
- Rooftops with equipments to workout
- An amazing winter garden with a beautiful view, lot of space to invite people and play pools / table tennis etc...

Additional information:
- The rent does not include charges, from my experience it is around 100/110 every month (including broadband / heating / electricity and Council tax)
- The room is now available so you can move next week possibly
- The contract expires in may 2025 but this is possible to renew
