**Apartment Includes:** Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, air conditioning (cooling), heating, 50-inch TV, toaster, kettle, two floor-standing clothes racks, and an IKEA storage cabinet.
**Transportation:** Within a 1-minute walk downstairs to South Quay DLR Station, Tesco, and Pret. Within 450-meter walk to Canary Wharf Tube Station and 700-meter walk or one DLR stop to the Canary Wharf Elizabeth Line.
**Additional Details:** I moved in a month ago and have taken great care of this flat. It has air conditioning to enjoy the British summer, fantastic river views, and excellent natural light. I will leave my TV and an IKEA storage cabinet for you.
**Deposit:** The deposit will be returned to you within 1 month after move-out (after deducting bills and I hope no deposit will need to be deducted from the flat). This is because I need to request bills from the energy companies via email, but I will expedite this process by contacting them through both phone and email as soon as I can.(I can pledge my information without worrying that your deposit was maliciously withheld or not returned.)
