I am moving out and all rent is already paid, so you can just pay me hte rent I already paid. It is a 2 bedroom apartment but we have 3 people living here to put the cost down.
We have swimming pool, sauna, gym, business centre and jacuzzi as facilities.
24/7 conceirge and parking is availiable, south quay station by walk 30 secs.

If you are willing to move in, upfront £3,400 including deposit should be paid.
