The apartment is situated in South Quay and minutes walk to South Quay DLR, Jubilee and Elizabeth Line. Grocery shops like Tesco and Co-op are at a 2 minute walk along with other shops in Canary Wharf. There is also a free communal gym in the building with all the equipments.
The rent is exclusive of bills which are c£110 a month and a little more in winters.

You will be sharing the space with a bunch a sociable people who both work in finance in the city and have a hybrid working arrangement.
